Faster deliveries and greater flexibility: Service improvements at XD Connects.

At XD Connects, we continuously look for ways to make doing business with us easier, faster, and more reliable. That’s why we’re excited to announce a series of service improvements that will offer our customers even greater flexibility, just in time for the busy season ahead.

Extended approval and shipping deadlines

From 1 October, we’ve extended several key cut-off times to help our customers manage their orders more conveniently and confidently:

• Artwork and order approvals: 
The daily approval deadline has been postponed from 10:00 CET to 14:00 CET. Approve your artwork before 14:00 CET to ensure your order goes into production the same day.

• For Baltic region customers:
  • Plain order cut-off time has been extended from 11:00 EET to 15:00 EET for same-day shipping.
  • Artwork approval before 15:00 EET guarantees same-day production.
  • Transport times have been significantly improved — deliveries to the Baltics now take just 2–3 days, down from 5–7 days previously.
These updates are designed to create a smoother, faster, and more flexible ordering experience, helping you meet tight deadlines and serve your clients more effectively.
