Veya Gift Card | FAQ

We have a collection of 7 different gift cards. Their value varies from € 24,95 to € 128,95 (including a € 9,95 freight charge per card for the delivery of the selected gift to the receiver). Find the complete collection here

The Veya gift cards do not have a face value.

This varies a bit per gift card, but on average the recipient can select their gift from amongst 250 items. The Low Impact gift card and the Prestige have a smaller collection of around 100 and of around 40 carefully selected items.

No. The gifts the recipient can choose from, are all related to the value of the card. The recipient can select 1 item from the shown collection.

The collections all contain numerous gifts from different well-established brands. Over 60 European brands are represented. Show all the brands

On the inside of the gift card is a unique code. On www.getmygift.com the receiver can enter this code and see the relevant collection of gifts they can choose from. The value of the gifts if not visible to the recipient.

In that case, after filling in the gift card code, a notification on www.getmygift.com shows that the gift card has expired. The card can no longer be redeemed.

The validity period is clearly mentioned on the backside of the gift card. The receiver is responsible for keeping track of the validity period of the card. If the card has expired we can unfortunately not renew it.

Our gift cards are folded double cards, A6 size and printed on 280 grams FSC paper.

The Veya gift card comes in an open white envelope made of FSC paper.

Yes, we have multiple packaging options:

• Luxury white gift box with magnetic closing and foil stamp on the lid (available text options: Thank you, Congratulations, Merry Christmas)
• Partial full color printed sleeve for luxury gift box
• Full color printed sleeve-envelope for gift card (this option is not available in Sweden, Norway and Finland)

Yes, we can create a personalised banner for you that will be placed at the top of the Getmygift.com website. For example showing your corporate identity or with a design similar to that of the gift card you selected/created.

The personalised redemption page is available as long as the gift cards connected to that page are still valid.

The Veya gift cards and the gift selected by the recipient of the gift card, can ONLY be sold and delivered in the country where both you AND your Veya gift card supplier are located.

These freight costs are for the shipping of the selected gift to the home address of the recipient.

After placing an order on Getmygift.com all communication (questions, remarks etc.) about the delivery and the received item should go via info@getmygift.com
